The Commission of the EU updated the way of publicating lists of standards. Instead of consolidated lists of harmonized standards, since the beginning of 2019 the Commission solely publishes amendments (appearing as Implementing Decisions). With this approach, on the one hand errors may be adjusted faster, yet on the other hand the handling for users without a tool for the administration of standards has become by far more complicated. This becomes especially clear in the case of multiply cascaded amendments.
When publishing amendments for the first time the Commission of the EU indicated that consolidated lists were about to be provided. For different directives these "Summary Lists" will be released in a successive manner. In the following you will find the consolidated lists for the directives on machinery, low voltage, electromagnetic compatibility, pressure equipment, equipment for explosive atmoshperes (ATEX) and restriciton of hazardous substances (RoHS).
Remarks:
Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC)
Low Voltage Directive (LVD) (2014/35/EU)
Directive on Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) (2014/30/EU)
Directive on Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres (ATEX) (2014/34/EU)
Directive on Pressure Equipment (PED) (2014/68/EU)
Radio Equipment Directive (RED) (2014/53/EU)
RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU)
Links to the summary lists of further EU directives and regulations can be found on the European Commission's ‘Harmonised Standards’ page.
Safexpert users conduct their research on standards within the data base of the Safexpert Live Server. Once published, each amendment is incorporated into the Live Server by our team as soon as possible. For Safexpert users this displays an advantage over working through lists and single amendments.
Information on the available data packages can be found in the ‘Safexpert additional products’ section.
